Web hosting packages ordered through our website become active in approximately 5 minutes after payment confirmation in the system. Each activation is done automatically after checking the correctness of the data entered in the order form.

If payment is made by bank transfer, we recommend sending proof of payment to [email protected] to benefit from fast activation.

Payments made by card are automatically verified by our API within seconds.

All web hosting packages are backed up daily with JetBackup and Synconix solutions. Data backups are performed automatically once every 24/48 hours in two different locations and are kept for 10 days in rotation + 3 backups from the last 3 months.

Customers can perform restores for files or databases directly from cPanel using either solution, or open a support ticket requesting the restore.

We also provide customers with Full Backup directly In cPanel and recommend manually backing up periodically and saving to external storage.

The price of a dedicated IP is $3 /month and can be allocated on request to all hosting accounts that do not yet have such an IP. IP allocation is done at night as it requires some propagation time.

The dedicated IP helps better indexing in search engines and sending mail to the INBOX. With the dedicated IP allocation our team will also perform a Reverse DNS / PTR Record.

If you have activated an SSL certificate in cPanel but your website is still accessed using the http:// protocol, you will need to follow the steps below to set your website to use the correct protocol.

Step 1. Log into the control panel by going directly to the form link in your browser: domain.en/wp-admin (domain.en is replaced by your domain name).

Step 2. From the control panel select Settings -> General.

Step 3. In the “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” fields, change the protocol to “http://www.” to “https://www.” – simply add an “s” after http.

Step 4. Save the changes for updating.

At this point you have enabled SSL at the platform level and can test its operation by visiting the site.

You can make a backup archive directly from your cPanel -> Backup account. Unlike other providers the backup function is active and can be used whenever needed. We recommend making a full backup archive and then downloading it to your PC or Google Drive.

The backup process can take between 10 minutes and 60 minutes, depending on the size of your account.
